Catanduanes Province congratulates UP’s adoption of NOAH

The province of Catanduanes passed a resolution on 13 March 2017 congratulating the University of the Philippines (UP) for adopting the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (NOAH). The resolution includes a commendation for the university’s decision, as well as the recognition that the tools developed by NOAH have helped in mitigating the ill effects of disasters in the Philippines since its inception in 2012.
