Catanduanes Province congratulates UP’s adoption of NOAH

The province of Catanduanes passed a resolution on 13 March 2017 congratulating the University of the Philippines (UP) for adopting the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (NOAH). NOAH paper among top cited articles in IJDRR

The NOAH-produced article, Devastating storm surges of Typhoon Haiyan, was mentioned by the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction as one of its most cited articles since 2012.
