The NOAH mobile application was dubbed the “Swiss Army Knife of weather tools,” with its integration of timely and user-friendly data to provide near real-time weather information to Filipinos.
An article from the Yahoo! News Philippines included the NOAH mobile app in its top “must-have” mobile applications for the rainy days.
“Call it the Swiss Army knife of weather tools, combining multiple approaches to somehow understand and subsequently second-guess the weather’s behavior. Access information such as probability of rain, typhoon forecast, and rainfall amount straight from your phone. You also get photos from multifunctional transport satellites and Doppler stations,” the article said.
The NOAH mobile application for Android and iOs was launched last year, and has more than 50,000 downloads in iTunes and Google Play.
